Nurick LLC will begin this presentation with an overview of
Pennsylvania tax exemption certificates, how certificates are
used, and how the certificates should be completed. We will
discuss the applicability of Pennsylvania sales and use tax
on municipal utility projects, including treatment plants and
water and sewer mains. Paul and Ryan will also provide their
experiences and discuss some of the biggest mistakes they see
in their practice on a day-to-day basis and how to avoid those
mistakes going forward. The presentation will be interactive, so
come to the seminar with your questions or whatever else you
have on your mind!
