Cultivating Trust is an interactive workshop designed for current and future leaders of all experience levels. The workshop facilitator, John Gronski, will present information from studies on organizational trust and will lead discussions.
1. Creates awareness for how cultivating trust within an organization leads to effectiveness, creativity, innovation, team building, loyalty, prudent risk taking, and openness.
2. Provides an orientation to the different types of trust based on expectations, past dealings, and positions.
3. Provides best practices for growing trust within an organization and with customers.
4. Discussion on the importance of not treating people equally, but treating people as individuals.
5. Provides best practices for repairing trust if trust is broken.
6. Deepens awareness of the following leadership competencies:
a. Getting results
b. Communication skills
c. Character and values
d. Trust
e. Emotional intelligence
